Particularly important for senior managers of the highest level to take advantage of professional and economic knowledge of the knowledge-transfer. This program serves the further development of senior managers. The 70% ratio of core modules ensures the fundamental knowledge in a coherent way, which is now essential for senior management in addition to the local professional knowledge. The approximately 30% rate of elective modules allows taking the local situation into account at the same field.

The purpose of the program is supported by the individualized or small group education format. This alows the deeper adaptation of the knowledge of modules.

The planned duration of the program: the duration of the whole program - included the previous core program - is minimum 30 months, the planned duration of this program is minimum 16 months, which is calculated with continuous studies and possibilities for exams for 12 months a year. This means an intensive self-study, 1-1,5 hours of study daily, with the provision of continuous exam period. The lectures and consultations, instructions based on our subject-matter and then the examinations require 480 hours. The planned duration time could be reduced in proportion of included modules from the previous studies.

Participants have to bring a preparatory note for each oral exam. Examinations focus on local application possibilities. To pass the exam, one must achieve 80-100%. We provide our students with continuous consultations for the topics chosen in accordance with their working field. This way they can prepare their DBA Qualification of Adult Education, containing results applicable in their work.

After passing all subjects in the DBA Qualification of Adult Education program, the professionally prepared DBA of Adult Education Thesis of more than 50 pages will be evaluated and defended. Two opponents having scientific academic degree evaluate the Thesis, which will then be defended in front of a committee containing professors.
